At 4RUNNA, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries within Australia and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders are processed and shipped from our Sydney HQ via Australia Post.

Express Shipping 1–3 business days $10 AUD
Free Express Shipping 1–3 business days Orders $70+

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends & public holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to:
New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Japan, and Singapore
(All shipments via Australia Post Express International)

Note: We do not ship to countries outside this list at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Amending Shipping Information

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address before your order is dispatched, please contact us immediately at reachout@4runna.com.

Note: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly via the Australia Post tracking portal.

Shipping to PO Box

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Order Status Guide

- Processing: payment received, order being prepared
- Completed: your order has been fulfilled and shipped
- On-Hold: Awaiting payment confirmation
- Cancelled: Cancelled by customer or admin
- Refunded: Entire order refunded
- Partially Refunded: Some items refunded, others still to be fulfilled 

Import Taxes & Duties

Import costs and customs duties vary by country.
4RUNNA does not cover these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer if incurred.
