                  On 4RUNNA Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the « https » URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.
To safeguard your credit card purchases, you'll be asked to enter your CVV code with each order.
Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping:

- Express: 1 - 3 business days
International:

                      What courier providers do you use?
                    
                  ALL orders are shipped via Australia Post.
                    
                    
                      Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
                    
                  No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
                    
                    
                      Can multiple orders be combined?
                    
                  Due to a high volume of orders, we’re unable to combine separate orders. Please make sure to add all desired items to your cart before checking out.
                    
                    
                      Do you ship internationally?
                    
                  We currently ship to the following countries New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Japan, and Singapore.
                    
                    
                      I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
                    
                  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at reachout@4runna.com immediately.
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
                    
                    
                      Will I be charged duties and taxes?
                    
                  Import costs and customs duties vary by country.
4RUNNA does not cover these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer if incurred.
Exchange and Return
                    
                    
                      How do I return or exchange a product?
                    
                  You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
 - The item is returned with original tags and packaging
 
We do not accept returns for used gear, worn items, or items without tags unless faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return
- Email us at reachout@4runna.com with your order number and reason for return
 - We'll respond with return instructions and address
 - Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
 
                    
                    
                      Will I have to pay for return shipping?
                    
                  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
                    
                    
                      How long till I receive my refund?
                    
                  Refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at reachout@4runna.com.
                    
                    
                      What happens if my product is faulty or incorrect?
                    
                  If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

                      Can you hold products for me?
                    
                  Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.
